We called on a travel agent to help with our search. To my disappointment, they offered no suggestions and no starting point to help us. It ended up being one of our worst vacations ever.

When I decided to become a travel agent, one of my goals was to put all effort into finding trips and activities that would leave my clients with good, lasting memories.
